ONLINE RETURN POLICY
- Returns or exchanges MUST be made in-store or by mail WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- If you’re returning by mail, please do so within the INITIAL 14 BUSINESS DAY PERIOD. They can be sent to Preppy Pineapple, Attn: Returns, 400 North Main Street, Lancaster, SC 29720. When returning your item, please consider using a trackable shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive the item(s) you are returning. If needed, we will send you a return shipping label for an additional amount.
- In order to receive a full refund, item(s) returned or exchanged must still have the tags attached, be in unused condition, and have no visible wear.
- Once your item(s) is returned to us and inspected you will receive your refund for the item only (not shipping if applicable) typically within 48 hours.
- PERSONALIZED ITEM(S) ARE NON-RETURNABLE! If there was an error in personalizing due to us, we apologize for this inconvenience and will make every effort to correct or replace your item(s) at no additional cost to you.
- All sale/clearance item(s) sales are FINAL! They may not be returned or exchanged.
- Seasonal items such as custom holiday shirts or special edition shirts, bralette tops, leggings, shoes, earrings, makeup, or consumable goods may not be returned or exchanged.
